A drinkware brand with ambitious sales targets and growth goals on TikTok Shop turned to VENDO for its expertise in building the strategy required to succeed on the platform.

Tactics

  • Advertising Amplification: Initially launched with broad targeting and top-performing Spark Ads to start. This first phase generated $5,229.16 in sales at $6.86 ROAS. Based on early insights, VENDO refined the targeting strategy and added high-intent interests and keywords, which significantly improved performance. The top-performing ad group drove $5,984.96 at $20.46 ROAS. With a test budget of $1,400, the initial campaign totaled $15,992.74 in sales at $11.46 ROAS. Following the successful test, VENDO relaunched optimized Spark Ads in July, generating an additional $97,592.97 at a $19.79 ROAS.

Conclusion

Since partnering with VENDO, the client has seen $1,116.020.15 in GMV, 53,349 orders, and has increased impressions by over 100 million. VENDO was able to leverage the lower price point and uniqueness of the product to beat out the competition in nearly all aspects since joining the platform.

By optimizing the product offering, aligning pricing with TikTok’s campaign structure, and layering in consistent creator outreach and affiliate incentive programs, VENDO was able to drive over 95,000 units sold and more than $1.1M in GMV with 95% of those sales driven by affiliates. Through strategic affiliate marketing and CRM, VENDO planned launches in advance and executed mass outreach to over 336,000 TikTok creators, while also engaging thousands of customers through discount promotions, targeted messaging, and paid ads.
