Context

VENDO has scaled the monthly recurring revenue of a sports & outdoor brand from 0 to over 6 figures. This was driven by a balanced strategy leveraging TikTok Shop Affiliates and Organic Social (no ads).

Tactics

VENDO worked with the brand to develop TikTok creator profiles so that we affiliate at scale. Leveraging VENDO’s manual research methods, along with our AI software partner, we scaled outreach to target thousands of highly relevant affiliates per week.

Additionally, VENDO did a full audit of the brand's social media account to adapt the content towards the brand’s ideal TikTok Shopper. This direction led to the production of a viral video which caused the shops' ranking to soar.
