Overall, we accelerated review velocity, helped build awareness of the product, boosted the sales of slow and cold start ASINs, and helped customers make informed decisions about new products, all while leading to increased conversion rates, sales, and best seller rankings (BSR).
In specific, we saw 85%+ review stickiness, an average rating of 4.93, and some with images & videos. In addition, the average daily sales increased 13% to 183% on existing products that needed rating optimization to stand out among its category with an uplift on conversion rate growth between 7%-56%.
For new product launches, we saw over a 90%+ increase in Best-Seller Ranking (BSR), which attributed to a 3000%+ increase in average daily sales over a period of 90 days (about 3 months) from the date it launched.
